APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If, after making a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, the person does not agree with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a complaint. A complaint may also be initiated if the period of twenty working days has elapsed without receiving a response.
The claim can be submitted through the General Application of the Electronic Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through the other options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the General Subdirectorate of Inspection of Services of the Ministry.
